NOC Engineer

This full-time, on-site role is vital for ensuring the stability and performance of critical network infrastructure supporting telecom operators, tower companies, and data center operators worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network health, responding to incidents, and maintaining seamless operations across global enterprise platforms using advanced AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and servers using specialized NOC tools to detect and respond to network events promptly.
- Document all incidents, alerts, and troubleshooting procedures accurately within the ticketing system to maintain clear records.
- Provide initial troubleshooting support for connectivity and performance-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and update network documentation, including topology diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and configuration files.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on networking and IT operations to stay current with industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with NOC and engineering teams to perform technical analysis and support escalated issues.

Required Qualifications
- A degree in Telecom, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience working as a NOC Engineer.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise IoT solutions and their operational requirements.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, troubleshooting methodologies, and hands-on experience with IoT platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered IoT platforms is essential to effectively leverage advanced monitoring and management tools.
