This full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad is for a React.js and Node.js Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, primarily React for the front end and Node.js for the back end. The role involves implementing new features, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating closely with designers and product teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, the developer will be expected to debug and resolve issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices. Working alongside cross-functional teams, the developer will help ensure high-quality releases and the continuous improvement of existing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Implement new features and integrate third-party APIs to enhance application functionality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through clean, maintainable coding practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to create accessible and user-friendly interfaces.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of coding standards and best practices.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases and support continuous product improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in front-end development with React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Solid back-end development experience using Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating with databases, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and workflows like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and version control systems such as Git.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers to implement responsive and accessible UI/UX.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in an on-site team environment, managing priorities and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous professional experience in developing production-grade React and Node.js applications is preferred.
