We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, administering, and measuring radioactive isotopes used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies. This role plays a critical part in assisting physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of various clinical conditions. The position requires hands-on experience with nuclear medicine techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding test procedures and safety measures. This is a full-time, in-person role with a rotational shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies.
- Assist physicians by providing accurate and timely nuclear medicine data to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Explain test procedures and safety precautions clearly to patients, ensuring they understand the process and feel supported throughout.
- Provide assistance to patients during test procedures to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering strictly to established procedures, rules, and regulations related to nuclear medicine practices.
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working with nuclear medicine techniques and equipment.
