ConsidraCare Pakistan, a Canadian-owned home care company established in Lahore in 2023, specializes in providing high-quality care for elderly and sick patients in their homes. We offer services including post-surgery care, long-term and 24-hour support, and assistance for older adults living alone. Our care teams consist of trained attendants, nurses, and physiotherapists, all managed by nursing professionals and adhering to Canadian standards. Families, including those living abroad, can monitor their loved ones’ care through our dedicated app. As we expand to Islamabad, we are seeking a Nursing and Operations Manager to establish and lead our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home assessments of patients and coordinate scheduling for caregivers, nurses, and physiotherapists.
- Recruit, train, and manage the Islamabad team, including caregivers, medical attendants, nurses, and physiotherapists.
- Ensure staff adhere to attendance policies by clocking in and out on time and updating visit notes daily on our platform.
- Address client concerns promptly and arrange for caregiver replacements as needed.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, doctors, and clinics to support business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Nursing diploma or degree with PNMC registration, or a physiotherapy degree.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience, preferably in home care or elderly care settings.
- Ownership of a motorbike or car is mandatory for this role.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency with computers and mobile applications.
- Residency in Islamabad or Rawalpindi is required.
- Willingness to spend one to two weeks in Lahore for initial training.
