We Are Hiring – Nursing Supervisor

Hasan Suleman Memorial Hospital (HSMH) is a 312-bed hospital being developed in Malir, Karachi, with planned opening in December 2026. HSMH is committed to providing safe, quality, accessible, and patient-centered healthcare services.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, supervise nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.

Qualification Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized institution.

Valid Registration and License of PNC

Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting is required.

Previous experience in a nursing supervisory role will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and ensure effective nursing operations across assigned units.
Ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and patient-centered nursing care.
Monitor nursing practices and ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Prepare and monitor duty rosters to ensure adequate nursing coverage.
Ensure accurate nursing documentation, patient records, and handovers.
Promote infection prevention, medication safety, and patient safety standards.
Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of nursing staff.
Address patient care concerns and escalate clinical issues appropriately.
