We are seeking an Odoo Certified Consultant to join our team in a remote or hybrid capacity based in the Lahore District. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing client business processes, gathering requirements, and designing Odoo-based solutions that align with both operational and strategic objectives. This position involves configuring Odoo modules, performing system setup and customization, preparing functional documentation, and working closely with technical teams to implement and test solutions. The consultant will also conduct user training, support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing functional support to ensure successful ERP adoption. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to optimize system usage and continuously improve business workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and gather detailed requirements to design effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure and customize core Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Projects.
- Prepare comprehensive functional documentation to support implementation and training efforts.
- Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Conduct user training sessions and support go-live activities to facilitate smooth ERP adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation to maintain system performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance system utilization continuously.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong functional expertise in Odoo, with hands-on experience configuring and implementing key modules.
- Proven skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, workflow design, and solution mapping for small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration, supported by a solid understanding of ERP concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience and the ability to deliver training and clear documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering scalable, practical solutions.
- Odoo certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise is highly preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
