The Odoo Functional Consultant Intern will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP modules for clients across various industries. This full-time, on-site position based in Pakistan involves understanding client business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring Odoo modules, assisting with testing, and supporting user training. The intern will work closely with consulting and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions and help troubleshoot issues during deployments. Regular coordination with both internal teams and clients is essential to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client business processes to identify requirements for ERP implementation.
- Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules based on client needs.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements and system configurations.
- Assist in testing ERP functionalities and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the system.
- Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions during deployment.
- Participate in client discovery sessions and contribute to process improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business data, identify process gaps, and support ERP-related decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting requirements, and explaining functional solutions clearly.
- Understanding of business process concepts, including workflows, operations, and process mapping within a corporate environment.
- Consulting skills to assist in client discovery, recommend improvements, and contribute to solution design.
- Basic knowledge of finance, including workflows such as invoicing, billing, and accounting within ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms and a strong interest in enterprise systems implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with good time management and attention to detail.
- Preferred educational background in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related fields; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of software development or system configuration concepts is an advantage.
