We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by analyzing client needs, implementing Odoo ERP systems, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position focuses on configuring the system optimally to enhance user satisfaction and streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from clients.
- Map client needs to the functionalities available within Odoo ERP.
- Configure and implement various Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client requirements and standard Odoo features, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers to facilitate necessary customizations.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive functional specifications and related documentation.
- Lead system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Train end-users on system functionalities and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Assist with data migration and system integration activities to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage project timelines effectively and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in implementing Odoo ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, sales, supply chain, and human resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, onsite role located in Wapda Town, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The monthly salary range for this position is Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 150,000.
- The role requires physical presence at the workplace to ensure effective collaboration.
