Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and business process mapping workshops to gather, analyze, and document client requirements. Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional process flows for client approval. Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (BoM/MRP), Accounting, POS, HR, and Project Management. Deliver tailored Odoo demonstrations aligned with client workflows. Plan and execute master data migration, including data cleansing, import preparation, and validation. Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional specifications into development briefs for customizations. Conduct end-user and administrator training to ensure smooth adoption before go-live. Provide go-live support and manage post-implementation helpdesk tickets across varying priority levels. Develop SOPs, configuration guides, and project handover documentation. Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development. Stay updated on Odoo releases, new features, and regional compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise, version 14 or above) is essential. Candidates must have completed at least three full-cycle Odoo implementations from discovery through go-live. Strong functional knowledge of core Odoo modules—Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting—and expertise in at least one of Manufacturing, POS, or HR is required. Proven ability to gather business requirements, write BRDs, and map business processes is necessary. Candidates should be self-sufficient in configuring Odoo for standard functional needs without relying heavily on developers. A solid understanding of accounting principles and chart of accounts configuration is important. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to lead workshops, deliver demos, and produce clear documentation. An analytical mindset with a structured approach to ERP implementation and problem resolution is expected. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for Gulf-region clients. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related fields is required. Odoo Functional Certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Odoo Studio or basic Python/XML customization for views and reports is advantageous. Familiarity with regional tax and e-invoicing compliance such as ZATCA Phase 2 (Saudi Arabia), FBR/PRA (Pakistan), or UAE VAT is beneficial. Exposure to Odoo Manufacturing workflows including Bills of Materials, MRP, Work Orders, and Kit assemblies is a plus. Knowledge of multi-company and inter-company transaction setups, API integrations, middleware connectors, or third-party app integrations with Odoo is desirable. Experience supporting e-commerce or delivery-focused Odoo workflows and prior consulting or client-facing project management experience will add value. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for data cleaning, documentation, or productivity is also welcomed.
