Odoo Functional Consultant

Synergy360, a UAE-based firm specializing in bookkeeping, audit and assurance, tax services, and ERP solutions, is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to join their team on a full-time remote basis. The company is dedicated to simplifying financial and operational complexities for businesses, helping them maintain compliance and financial clarity. The Odoo Functional Consultant will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to align with Odoo ERP modules.
- Map client business processes to appropriate Odoo functionalities.
- Configure, test, and deploy Odoo system features tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed functional documentation and user manuals.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integrations and customizations.
- Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Advise clients on best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of business processes, especially in finance, operations, and supply chain management.
- Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering and solution design.
- Basic to advanced finance knowledge to support the configuration of accounting and related Odoo modules.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.
