Odoo Implementation expert

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist based in Karachi to manage the complete deployment, configuration, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system. This role involves understanding and mapping business processes, configuring relevant modules, migrating data from legacy systems, and training users to ensure seamless adoption and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Deployment & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo across key modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Purchase, and HR. Ensure the system is tailored to meet business needs and operates smoothly.

Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Analyze existing business workflows and translate these requirements into effective Odoo configurations that enhance operational efficiency.

Data Migration & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage the cleansing and validation of legacy data, oversee its import into the new system, and coordinate UAT to confirm readiness before going live.

Support & Training: Deliver hands-on training sessions for key end-users and provide ongoing functional support after implementation to address any issues and optimize usage.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions in practical business environments.

Location: Candidates must reside within a 10 KM radius of DHA, Karachi, including areas such as DHA Phases 1–8, Clifton, PECHS, KDA Scheme 1, and Bath Island.

Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of Odoo core workflows, reporting mechanisms, automated actions, and access rights management is essential.

Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, effective client-facing communication abilities, basic proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, along with project management skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs75,000 to Rs150,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.

Work Location

This is an in-person role based in Karachi, requiring close proximity to the office for effective collaboration and support.
