Odoo Implementation Specialist

Pak German Engineers (PGE) is a prominent provider of traffic management, automation solutions, and sustainable energy systems in Pakistan. We specialize in advanced traffic and transport engineering, automation services, and solar energy solutions for both government and private sectors. Currently, we are transitioning from manual systems and Excel spreadsheets to Odoo ERP to improve business processes and operational efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead this transition by configuring, customizing, and integrating Odoo modules tailored to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Customization: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP, tailoring modules to support traffic management, inventory, accounting, and automation services.
- Data Migration: Oversee the migration of data from Excel to Odoo, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for employees across departments to facilitate a smooth adoption of Odoo functionalities and workflows.
- System Optimization: Evaluate business processes, recommend improvements, and develop custom workflows within Odoo to enhance operational efficiency.
- Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Odoo modules during and after implementation.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive user guides, process documentation, and training materials for end-users.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation, preferably 1-3 years.
- Strong expertise in data migration and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in Odoo and solid understanding of ERP principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and training abilities to effectively support end-users.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges.
