Odoo Junior Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Odoo Junior Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business process mapping, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting enterprise-level deployments. Your efforts will contribute to optimizing operations and ensuring that Odoo solutions effectively support business growth and efficiency through successful full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and conduct interviews with client stakeholders to clearly document business needs. Identify gaps between client requirements and standard Odoo functionality.
- Document existing business processes and assist in designing future workflows within Odoo. Recommend practical improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.
- Support senior consultants in preparing Business Blueprints (BBPs), functional specifications, and gap analysis reports. Advise users on maximizing the use of standard Odoo features.
- Configure core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), and CRM. This includes setting up master data, workflows, user access rights, approval rules, and reports aligned with agreed requirements.
- Utilize Odoo Studio to create custom fields, views, reports, and automated actions. Collaborate with the technical team on code-level customizations by providing clear requirements and testing outcomes.
- Prepare data import templates, cleanse and validate master data including customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts, and opening balances. Perform data uploads and reconcile migrated data with legacy systems.
- Assist in cutover planning and go-live activities. Provide hypercare support post go-live, resolve support tickets within agreed timelines, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and support requests simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, meet project deadlines, and maintain accurate task and ticket status updates.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, with a proven record of completing at least three full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, material requirements planning (MRP), and third-party integrations.
- Official Odoo Functional certification is preferred, along with basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
