Odoo Junior Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Odoo Junior Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business process mapping, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting enterprise-level deployments. Your work will ensure that Odoo solutions are effectively implemented to drive business growth and operational efficiency. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of Odoo implementations, working closely with clients to optimize their workflows and system usage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and conduct interviews with client stakeholders to document business needs clearly. Identify gaps between client requirements and standard Odoo functionality.
- Document existing business processes and assist in designing future workflows within Odoo. Recommend practical improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support senior consultants in preparing Business Blueprints (BBPs), functional specifications, and gap analysis reports. Provide guidance to users on leveraging standard Odoo features effectively.
- Configure core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), and CRM. This includes setting up master data, workflows, user access rights, approval rules, and reports in line with agreed requirements.
- Utilize Odoo Studio to create custom fields, views, reports, and automated actions. Collaborate with the technical team on code-level customizations by writing clear requirements and testing outcomes.
- Prepare data import templates, cleanse and validate master data including customers, vendors, products, chart of accounts, and opening balances. Perform data uploads and reconcile migrated data with legacy systems.
- Assist in cutover planning and go-live activities. Provide hypercare support post go-live, resolve support tickets within agreed timelines, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and support requests simultaneously. Prioritize work effectively, meet project deadlines, and maintain up-to-date task and ticket statuses.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, with a proven record of completing at least three full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger principles, inventory valuation methods, material requirements planning (MRP), and third-party integrations.
- Official certification as an Odoo Functional Consultant is preferred, along with basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in understanding spoken Arabic is an advantage.
