We are seeking a skilled Backlinks Expert / Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-quality backlinks using modern, sustainable techniques to enhance keyword rankings, domain authority, and overall organic visibility. This role is based in Bahria Town DD Block, with working hours from 4 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies including manual outreach, guest posting, niche edits, the Skyscraper Technique, broken link building, and other current methods.
- Conduct competitor backlink extraction and gap analysis using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Identify and secure high-quality, relevant backlinks while avoiding low-quality sources such as PBNs, link farms, hacked sites, and spammy backlinks.
- Analyze backlink profiles focusing on quality, relevance, organic traffic, anchor text diversity, referring domains, and potential spam signals.
- Collaborate with the on-page SEO team to determine which pages require optimization before initiating link-building campaigns.
- Select appropriate target pages, keywords, and anchor texts to maximize the effectiveness of backlink campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates, backlink policies, and evolving SEO best practices.
- Utilize backlink outreach automation tools where applicable to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with outreach targets and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Provide detailed reports and evidence of previous successful link-building campaigns and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in link building and off-page SEO.
- Strong expertise in manual outreach, guest posting, niche edits, Skyscraper Technique, broken link building, and other advanced link-building strategies.
- Proficient in competitor backlink analysis using industry-standard tools like Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Deep understanding of backlink quality factors including relevance, organic traffic impact, anchor text usage, referring domains, and spam detection.
- Ability to identify and avoid harmful backlink sources such as PBNs, link farms, and hacked websites.
- Good knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals to ensure link-building efforts are targeted effectively.
- Proven ability to select the right target pages, keywords, and anchor texts for backlink campaigns.
- Strong communication and outreach skills to build relationships with webmasters and partners.
- Demonstrable experience with previous link-building projects, supported by reports or campaign results.
