Off-Page SEO Specialist

Boost Agency is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our growth team at our office in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective link-building strategies, authority-building campaigns, and digital outreach initiatives to enhance organic search rankings for our international clients. This role requires hands-on experience in securing high-quality backlinks, personalized outreach, and proficiency with modern SEO tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ethical, high-quality off-page SEO campaigns including Guest Posting, Skyscraper Technique, Broken Link Building, Resource Pages, and Digital PR.
- Identify and prospect high-authority websites with genuine organic traffic and strong domain ratings (DR/DA), conducting personalized outreach to site owners, webmasters, and editors.
- Perform competitor backlink analysis using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify link-building opportunities and acquire contextual backlinks.
- Manage anchor text distribution, audit incoming backlinks, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines by filtering out low-quality links such as link farms and private blog networks (PBNs).
- Monitor backlink health, track indexation status, and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on backlink acquisition and domain growth metrics.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience specifically in Off-Page SEO, link building, and content outreach.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Pitchbox, or Hunter.io.
- Strong written English communication skills for effective pitching and negotiation with site owners.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site at the Bahria Phase 7 office in Rawalpindi.
