AS Estimation & Consultants, a well-established construction cost estimating firm based in Lahore, is looking for a full-time Office Cleaner to join their team. Serving clients across Australia, the USA, and New Zealand, the company values a clean and organized workplace to maintain professionalism and efficiency. This position is based onsite at the office located on Ferozpur Road, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday during the morning shift. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of Rs25,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors and common areas daily to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
- Wipe down desks, chairs, shelves, and other surfaces to keep the office tidy.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of trash properly following office protocols.
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces to preserve a polished appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the pantry and kitchen area at all times.
- Conduct a thorough deep cleaning of the entire office once a week.
- Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor for timely action.
Required Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work an 8-hour shift consistently.
- Punctual, honest, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Courteous and respectful towards staff members and office visitors.
- Able to commute daily to the office location on Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
