We are seeking a reliable and diligent Peon / Office Helper to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting staff with daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth running of office errands. This role requires a proactive individual who is punctual, hardworking, and able to communicate effectively within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, water, and provide general assistance to office staff
- Handle basic office errands and manage deliveries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and washroom areas
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support office functions
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Good manners and effective communication skills
- Basic reading and writing abilities to follow instructions and complete tasks
- Previous experience in an office helper or similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience working in an office environment will be considered an advantage
- Full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience
- Monthly pay range between Rs25,000 and Rs35,000
