The Office Rider / Dispatch Rider position within the Director’s Office is a full-time role focused on ensuring the timely and secure delivery, collection, and dispatch of official documents, packages, and materials. This role also involves running essential outdoor administrative errands to support the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling confidential items with discretion while maintaining effective coordination with administrative staff to optimize daily routes and errands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect urgent and confidential documents, files, and parcels between the Director’s Office, clients, banks, and partner organizations.
- Manage bank deposits, cheque clearances, and other financial or utility-related errands as assigned.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel to plan and execute efficient daily delivery and pickup routes.
- Secure proper signatures, stamps, and acknowledgments on all receiving receipts and dispatch logs to ensure accountability.
- Purchase and transport office supplies, refreshments, or urgent items required for executive meetings.
- Maintain the assigned motorbike or vehicle in a clean, safe, and well-functioning condition.
- Keep accurate records of fuel expenses, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an office rider or dispatch rider, preferably within a corporate or executive office environment.
- Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and city navigation.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of personal integrity.
- Ability to handle confidential documents securely and responsibly.
- Basic literacy and effective communication skills.
This position offers a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs35,000 and requires the candidate to work on-site. The role demands a dependable individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
