This role is focused on managing the reconciliation and settlement processes for Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), including ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions within a banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of transaction discrepancies, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and handling customer complaints related to transaction disputes. The position requires strict adherence to regulatory compliance and operational procedures set by major payment networks and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). This role is based at the Head Office within the Operations Group and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic banking operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reconciliation and settlement of ADC, ATM, CDM, and CCDM transactions, ensuring all overages, shortages, and discrepancies are resolved promptly according to established procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate effectively with branches, member banks, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding settlement issues, transaction disputes, and reconciliation matters.
- Handle customer complaints and transaction disputes through platforms such as MPG, SDRS, VISA, and MasterCard, conducting thorough investigations to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and operating procedures prescribed by VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay, PayPak, 1LINK, and the State Bank of Pakistan, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, from an HEC-recognized institute or university.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the banking sector, particularly in areas related to Islamic Credit Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC), and/or Debit Card Operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills

- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong skills in ADC transaction reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Proven ability in dispute and complaint resolution within a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively with various internal teams and external partners.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and transaction processing requirements related to major payment networks.
