Officer – GRC

ACE Money Transfer, a UK-based multinational headquartered in Manchester, provides online remittance services to individuals across 29 countries in the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. The company enables seamless money transfers to over 100 countries worldwide. We are currently seeking an Officer – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our Cybersecurity team. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role designed to develop a trainee into a proficient GRC practitioner by supporting daily documentation, tracking, and reporting activities that help maintain the company’s security posture.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and registers to ensure they are accurate and well-organised.
- Assist in managing the risk register, including following up with risk owners for timely updates.
- Collect and organise evidence required for audits and internal reviews.
- Support user access reviews by gathering relevant data and identifying any anomalies.
- Assist in completing security questionnaires for partners and vendors.
- Track open actions and control gaps, ensuring they are addressed and closed promptly.
- Support management reporting by preparing simple dashboards and summary reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the GRC team, including scheduling reviews and taking meeting notes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of information security principles and concepts.
- Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
