The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to coordinating interviews and supporting job offer negotiations. This position requires ensuring that all HR documentation is accurate and up to date, as well as assisting with pre-employment background checks. The HR Officer will also collaborate with various departments to maintain clear communication regarding hiring requirements and help organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the negotiation and finalization of job offers following successful background checks.
- Maintain accurate and complete HR records and documentation related to recruitment and hiring.
- Work closely with different departments to understand and address their staffing needs in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
