Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys for technical audits and other assignments as directed by supervisors.
- Perform safety audits and identify any safety violations in the field.
- Survey Operations and Complaint Centres to review overall activities and processes.
- Collect and analyze data, translating business needs into actionable reports to support data-driven decisions aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and design visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to capture various aspects of people practices.
- Keep immediate supervisors informed about the progress of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate closely with team members to complete assignments within established deadlines.
- Compile observations and findings and submit them for further reporting.
- Undertake special assignments, audits, and investigations as entrusted by the Manager IA or DGM IA.
- Maintain accurate records of all necessary documents and evidence related to work performed.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate, B-Tech, or DAE, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
