The primary responsibility is to determine each patient’s financial status clearly, categorizing them as eligible for treatment through Zakat or donation funds. This includes obtaining necessary authorization documents, such as the wakalahnama, specifically from patients eligible for Zakat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in evaluating all patients at the hospital regarding their financial capacity and eligibility for free treatment through donations or Zakat funds.
- Clearly decide and document the patient’s status as either Zakat beneficiary or donation recipient.
- Obtain wakalahnama (agency agreement) exclusively from patients identified as Mustahiq e Zakat.
- Refer and guide patients to outsourced diagnostic and treatment facilities (such as CT scans, MRI, blood arrangements) following standard procedures and referral forms.
- Facilitate patient referrals for medical treatment in accordance with Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) signed with various partner organizations and donors.
- Coordinate ambulance services to support patient transportation and overall facilitation.
- Collaborate with the Shariah department in the Lyadat program and assist in preparing the "Karguzari" report for the Shariah Compliance Department.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in patient assessment and financial eligibility evaluation within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with Zakat and donation-based funding mechanisms and related documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of hospital referral systems and coordination with outsourced medical facilities.
- Ability to work closely with Shariah compliance teams and adhere to relevant ethical and procedural standards.
- Excellent communication skills to guide patients and liaise with multiple departments and external partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working in a healthcare environment with exposure to charitable funding or social welfare programs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and MOUs related to patient referrals and donor-funded treatments.
- Opportunity to contribute to a socially impactful program supporting underprivileged patients.
- Collaborative work environment with cross-departmental interaction, including Shariah compliance and medical services.

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to support patients in need by ensuring fair and transparent allocation of Zakat and donation funds, while facilitating access to necessary medical services through established partnerships.
