Officer Regulatory

Base6 Private Limited is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Regulatory Officer to oversee regulatory compliance and product documentation within the healthcare, nutrition, vitamins, and supplements sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product registrations, approvals, renewals, and ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory standards. This role requires close collaboration with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain compliance and support import documentation processes. The position is based in DHA, Phase 5, Lahore, and requires on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire lifecycle of product registration, including approvals, renewals, and preparation of regulatory documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with DRAP regulations as well as relevant food authority guidelines.
- Review and verify product labels, packaging, and claims to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate regulatory records and stay updated on any changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the preparation and management of import documentation and ensure product compliance with import requirements.

Required Qualifications

- A Pharm-D degree or a degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of DRAP regulations and product registration procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant experience in regulatory affairs is preferred; however, fresh candidates with appropriate qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Candidates with prior experience in regulatory compliance within healthcare or nutrition sectors will have an advantage.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
- The work location is strictly in-person at the company’s office in DHA, Phase 5, Lahore.
