OffPage SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong focus on off-page optimization and link building to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective backlink strategies to improve website authority and search engine rankings. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying link-building opportunities, monitoring backlink profiles, and staying updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes. The position is onsite at our office in Gulberg 2, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Build high-quality backlinks through various methods such as outreach, guest posting, and niche edits to enhance domain authority.
- Identify and pursue link-building opportunities from relevant and authoritative websites to strengthen the backlink profile.
- Monitor backlink profiles regularly and disavow toxic or harmful links to maintain a healthy SEO standing.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to understand their strategies and replicate the best-performing tactics for our benefit.
- Prepare and present reports on backlink growth, domain authority, and referring domains to track progress and inform strategy adjustments.
- Stay informed about Google’s algorithm updates and adhere to link-building best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Proficiency with SEO and outreach tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, BuzzStream, and Pitchbox.
- Strong understanding of key SEO metrics including domain authority (DA), page authority (PA), and spam score.
- Experience in digital PR and content-based outreach strategies to secure high-quality backlinks.
