The role involves performing operation and maintenance (O&M) services for wind turbine generators (WTG) according to the project schedule and company standards. This includes troubleshooting, replacing spare parts, conducting general maintenance, preparing daily reports, and managing spare parts collection to ensure optimal turbine performance and project continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute O&M services for WTGs following the project timeline and company specifications.
- Perform service inspections as scheduled, maintaining adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding completed services and upcoming maintenance or repairs.
- Monitor and analyze operational data from wind turbines to identify any irregularities or performance issues.
- Respond promptly to technical problems, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues, and carry out necessary component replacements.
- Oversee warehouse management, including ordering and maintaining inventory of materials, tools, and spare parts.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports along with other administrative documentation.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the company to support project goals.
- Comply strictly with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, proactively identifying and reporting hazards, documenting incidents accurately, and participating in HSE initiatives organized by the department and company.
