On-Screen Customer Service Representative (OCSR)

We are seeking a dedicated On-Screen Customer Service Representative (OCSR) to join our team at our Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi location. This full-time, onsite role operates during night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US customer service and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assist walk-in patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic assistance to walk-in patients.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Guide patients through transactions, registrations, and other related processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM/EMR systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a quick and efficient patient experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the client or line manager.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of A-Levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/EMR systems.
- Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts aligned with USA timings.
