On-Site Content Creator (Fresh Graduates & Interns)

Swole Spartan, a rapidly growing supplement and fitness brand in Pakistan, is seeking creative and motivated Content Creators to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, final-year students, or those looking for a full-time internship to gain practical experience. The focus is on creativity, potential, and work samples rather than years of experience. Candidates should be passionate about social media, eager to experiment with ideas, and driven to produce content that resonates with audiences. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi/Islamabad, with no remote or hybrid work options available.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Research current trends, memes, hooks, and content formats relevant to fitness and lifestyle audiences.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, and video concepts.
- Participate confidently in filming and appear on camera when required.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut or other suitable editing software.
- Experiment with different content styles and analyze performance data to improve results.
- Help build and nurture an engaging community around the Swole Spartan brand.
- Utilize modern creative tools, including AI, to enhance workflow and content quality.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate, final-year student, or aspiring creator seeking a full-time internship.
- Basic hands-on skills in content creation and video editing.
- Genuine interest in Instagram, TikTok, fitness, memes, and internet culture.
- Creativity with strong storytelling instincts and an understanding of audience engagement.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Confidence in communicating ideas and participating in video shoots.
- Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite at the Rawalpindi/Islamabad office.
