On-Site Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer – Bookkeeping & Accounting Services

AccuteTechHouse, a dynamic and expanding bookkeeping and accounting firm, is seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Upwork platform and possess excellent English writing skills. This role requires crafting tailored, persuasive proposals that effectively convert prospects into long-term clients within the bookkeeping and accounting sector. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to our growth by securing new business through strategic bidding and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and submit bids on relevant Upwork job postings within the bookkeeping and accounting niche.
- Develop customized, professional proposals that highlight our firm’s expertise and align with client needs.
- Engage with potential clients through initial communications, managing conversations to build trust and clarify project requirements.
- Monitor and analyze bidding performance metrics regularly to refine and improve bidding strategies for better conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in bidding on Upwork, preferably within the accounting or bookkeeping categories.
- Exceptional written English communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling proposals.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented, capable of managing tasks independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Job Details:
- This is an on-site position based at our office.
- The role requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM to align with client time zones and platform activity.
