Online Bidder (Freshers)

Upscale Valley is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Business Development team as Fiverr & Upwork Bidders. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in launching their careers in freelancing platforms and business development. Based in Lahore, this on-site position involves working evening to early morning hours, providing hands-on experience in client acquisition and proposal management on popular freelancing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and search for relevant projects and job opportunities on Fiverr and Upwork.
- Prepare and submit customized, professional proposals tailored to potential clients’ needs.
- Select projects that align with the company’s services and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and follow up on submitted proposals to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of bids, proposals, client responses, and project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to meet bidding targets and secure new projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing abilities.
- Basic familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork is advantageous.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM), Monday through Saturday.
