Online Bidder Specialist (Evening Shift)

Digital Auxilius Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring projects related to branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and other creative services through platforms such as Upwork and similar online portals. This role requires strategic bidding, crafting customized proposals that align with client needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure strong client relationships and successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related fields across Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
- Utilize Upwork strategically to showcase expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design when submitting bids.
- Customize bids and proposals to address specific client requirements, highlighting the company’s unique services and innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bids align with overall business objectives and support positive client engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to continuously refine bidding strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop persuasive and tailored bids aimed at maximizing win rates and ensuring project success.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sourcing activities, negotiations, and bid performance metrics to guide future bidding efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working specifically in online bidding or a similar role is preferred.
- Proven proficiency in online bidding platforms, with a strong track record of securing projects for digital marketing or creative agencies, especially on Upwork.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate company services and value propositions.
- Experience or familiarity with branding, designing, illustration, or related creative fields is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and keen attention to detail.
