KKOMZY TRADERS is looking for a dedicated HR professional to join its team in Bengaluru and support the company’s people operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing consistent and efficient human resources processes while offering practical assistance to both employees and managers. This position involves managing day-to-day HR coordination tasks with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to a positive work environment and help streamline HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on relevant platforms, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates.
- Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
- Provide practical support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
