Tutoronics is looking for a part-time or freelance online Accounting tutor to support students preparing for IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level examinations. This is a temporary contract position offering flexible remote work with shifts on a rotational basis. While the role is primarily remote, candidates based in Karachi, Pakistan, are preferred. The salary range for this position is between 4,000 and 11,986 PKR, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online tutoring sessions in Accounting for IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level students.
- Prepare lesson plans and tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Utilize digital tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing effectively during lessons.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help improve understanding and performance.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents to discuss progress and address any concerns.
- Manage scheduling and adhere to the rotational shift system to ensure availability during assigned hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online tutoring, specifically in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of the IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level Accounting curricula.
- Excellent spoken English skills to communicate clearly and effectively with students.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, along with digital whiteboards and screen sharing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
