You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day execution of paid online marketing campaigns, managing the affiliate program, and fostering brand partnerships for Daraz. Your responsibilities include running campaigns, pitching to partners, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Working within the strategic framework set by your manager, you will take full ownership of execution and reporting from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Online Marketing (OM):
Assist in executing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and RTAs alongside the performance marketing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining campaign catalogues, including category assortments and promotional bundles like "Buy More Save More." Monitoring daily campaign performance against key metrics such as Cost Per Order (CPO), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost to Income Ratio (CIR) is essential, with early identification of any anomalies. Additionally, you will set up and track A/B tests on creatives, catalogues, and offers, documenting learnings to optimize future campaigns.
Affiliate Management:
Onboard and manage a diverse range of affiliate partners, including cashback, coupon, content, influencer, and network collaborators. You will track partner performance, oversee payout and billing reconciliation, and work closely with Product and Business Intelligence teams to resolve any tracking discrepancies. For key campaign events, you will pitch and activate partners while proposing commission structures for managerial approval.
Brand Partnerships:
Identify and approach brands for co-funded offers, giveaways, gamified promotions, and cross-promotional campaigns. Your role includes preparing pitch decks and commercial proposals, supporting negotiation processes alongside your manager. Coordination with Commercial, Brand, CRM, and Product teams will be necessary to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign, channel, and partner data—including GMV, orders, buyers, conversion rates, ROAS, CPO, and CAC—to determine what is working and what requires adjustment. You will build and maintain weekly and campaign dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets, as well as leverage existing dashboard tools. Evaluating partner and campaign ROI, you will convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations for your manager.
