Online Network Operations Center Engineer

Arm Network Solutions is seeking a Level 1 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our team supporting client networks from Islamabad. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, and remote work options may be considered. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 7 years of experience in network operations or support, demonstrating strong skills in network troubleshooting and client support. Familiarity with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or TrendNet is essential. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining network stability and ensuring client satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain client network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing their network-related queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement network changes and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication within the NOC team.
- Assist in network performance analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in network operations, network support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Experience working with network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or TrendNet.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CCNA or an equivalent networking certification is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range from PKR 120,000 to PKR 270,000 based on experience and qualifications.
