Key Responsibilities
Online Store Support:
Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently to maintain timely delivery. Collaborate with the team to monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to avoid stockouts.

Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. Maintain a positive customer experience through friendly and helpful communication.

Product Management:
Update and maintain product listings with precise and current information to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm product availability and timely replenishment.

Digital Marketing Assistance:
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email promotions. Assist in creating engaging content to boost marketing activities and enhance customer engagement.

Administrative Support:
Handle general office tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing supplies. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Maintain accurate records of online transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates. Perform data entry tasks with strong attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams. Act as a liaison between the online store and other office functions to support smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
