We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis, based in Lahore. This role is ideal for a non-managerial professional with at least one year of hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and digital experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement across various platforms. This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 75,000 to 150,000, reflecting the candidate’s skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Produce high-fidelity designs that are ready for development and implementation.
- Build and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Design responsive digital experiences that work flawlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
- Good communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
