Onsite Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to verify that work meets established standards and industry best practices.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents to guide site operations.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating resources and activities to optimize workflow and mitigate delays.
Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring safety compliance.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Prepare and submit regular site reports, documenting progress, challenges, and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in on-site engineering or construction management.
Proven ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
Demonstrated experience in site supervision and quality control.
Proficiency in project planning and scheduling methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of safety compliance in construction environments.
Familiarity with MEP systems and basic structural analysis principles.
Experience with CAD software.
