Operation Assistant- Lahore

Its services include vehicle rentals on trip or monthly basis, air freight management, inland transportation, door-to-door delivery, and car transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics operations by coordinating vehicle schedules and tracking shipments across various transport modes including road, rail, and air.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all freight movements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain high service quality.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting on operational performance metrics.
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying operational gaps.
- Support efficient workflow within the operations department to facilitate timely deliveries and smooth logistics operations.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in operations and operations management to effectively support daily logistics activities and workflow coordination.
- Solid analytical abilities to monitor performance, interpret operational data, and assist in problem-solving efforts.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to professionally interact with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including scheduling, routing, and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to work with operational software and databases.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, transport operations, or a related field is advantageous.
