Operation Manager — Grocery Store

Sachi Chakki Khidmat, a reputable grocery retail and delivery service established in 1990 and based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple grocery store branches and the warehouse, ensuring seamless coordination among various departments. This role demands strong leadership to maintain operational efficiency, uphold company standards, and support the growth of the business through effective management of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of all company branches and the warehouse.
- Ensure smooth coordination between branches, warehouse, delivery, and management teams.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and daily activities to maintain productivity.
- Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures consistently.
- Oversee stock availability and store operations in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Coordinate with the Delivery Department to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
- Conduct regular visits to branches to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Manage staffing needs and allocate resources according to business requirements.
- Address daily operational challenges to ensure smooth business functioning.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within grocery retail, supermarkets, FMCG, or similar sectors.
- Education level of at least Intermediate.
- Age under 50 years.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and operational teams effectively.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Willingness to travel between company locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 100,000. Working hours are 12 hours per day, with three paid leaves provided each month. Medical facilities are also included as part of the benefits package. The position requires in-person work across various branches located in Iqbal Town, Wapda Town, EME, Bahria Town, and Al Kabir Town Phase 2, with the warehouse situated on Multan Road, Hanjarwal, Lahore.
