Operation Manager-Gloria Jeans (Mandi Bahauddian)

Gloria Jeans, located in Sufi City, Mandi Bahauddin, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager to lead the restaurant’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to maintain high performance and morale.

- Monitor inventory levels, manage purchasing processes, and control costs effectively.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, sales, and overall restaurant operations.
