We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mall Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the mall. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused services while maintaining high standards across all operational areas. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily mall operations to ensure seamless functioning.
- Coordinate effectively with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Maintenance, Parking, and other operational teams.
- Maintain the mall premises to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Monitor tenant and brand operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Address customer complaints and operational concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with mall Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and operational policies.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, security, and facility-related matters consistently.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure smooth operations during special events, promotions, and peak business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in mall management, retail, hospitality, facility management, or commercial property operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of facility and mall operations, including safety and compliance standards.
Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 200,000 to Rs 220,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site to effectively manage mall operations and engage with various teams and stakeholders.
