Operational Supervisor (Electrical & Mechanical)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Operational Supervisor to manage daily office and plant activities, including handling deliveries and performing electrical and mechanical tasks. The ideal candidate will oversee smooth office operations while ensuring timely completion of all assigned duties. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance, equipment assembly, and document management, supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and maintenance work within the office premises.
- Assemble equipment, machines, and small units as required.
- Manage the handover and collection of documents from external organizations.
- Coordinate the sending of consignments and parcels through courier services.
- Ensure proper handling and tracking of all deliveries and documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched and received documents.
- Assist with daily office operations to support workflow.
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed within designated timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Education level of Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical work.
- Must own a motorcycle and be familiar with routes in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Demonstrated honesty, punctuality, and an active work ethic.

Location:
The position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, with work conducted in person.

Compensation:
The monthly salary ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
