Operations Coordinator – Dispatch (CSR)

Yuni Rides, a U.S.-based transportation company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for children and families, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Dispatch Coordinator for an onsite role in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and monitoring daily school transportation operations, ensuring timely and secure services. This position requires effective communication between drivers, families, schools, and internal teams to maintain smooth and efficient transportation workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. The role is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily transportation operations for assigned routes and trips.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide operational support and resolve trip-related issues.
- Ensure all scheduled trips are assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently and on time.
- Manage trip adjustments, driver reassignments, and coverage during operational changes.
- Oversee morning and afternoon dispatch operations to support punctual service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new drivers by guiding them through processes and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with drivers on outstanding onboarding tasks and document updates.
- Maintain accurate operational records and update internal systems as necessary.
- Respond professionally to inquiries from drivers, schools, and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate operational issues promptly and collaborate with dispatch and operations teams for timely resolution.
- Support daily scheduling activities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, transportation operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize dispatch, scheduling, and communication platforms.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
