Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily freight and logistics operations to ensure smooth coordination between shippers, truckers, and internal teams.
- Monitor trip schedules and track shipments to guarantee timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate records within operational systems to support transparency and data integrity.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Support the implementation of new procedures, tools, and technologies to improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and engage with external partners to uphold Truck It In’s service standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to oversee daily freight activities and streamline processes.
- Solid analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify operational trends, and suggest improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with shippers and truckers.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and basic data reporting, coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
