Operations Executive

We are a dynamic online IT hardware company seeking a well-organized and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will efficiently coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams while managing multiple tasks. Strong English communication skills and effective management abilities are essential for this role. The position requires working the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate professionally with international clients via email, phone calls, and messages.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination with accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate timely order processing.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating computer hardware according to client requirements.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure their timely completion.
- Provide support to management with various operational and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills for clear and professional communication.
- Strong communication, organizational, and management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workload under pressure.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in operations, administration, sales coordination, or customer service is advantageous.
- Knowledge of computer hardware or IT products will be considered a plus.
