Implement structured onboarding programs with buddy systems to integrate new hires effectively. Conduct regular pulse checks and maintain feedback channels, addressing team concerns promptly. Manage furniture, equipment, assets, and stationery. Ensure new employees are fully set up on their first day.

Studio Head Support and Group Liaison: Manage the Studio Head’s calendar, prepare meetings, follow up on action items, and track leadership commitments to completion. Serve as the primary contact with shared HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Admin teams to ensure timely coordination and support.

Building the Operations Team: Document all operational areas as SOPs while managing them. Recruit, train, and transition responsibilities to new hires once processes are stable.
