Operations Manager – E-commerce

Montivo.pk is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage daily e-commerce operations at its Karachi location. This full-time, on-site role requires overseeing coordination between the warehouse, order management, and courier departments to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, analyzing reports, identifying inefficiencies, and making informed decisions to keep all processes running smoothly and on schedule. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations:
- Receive and review daily reports from the warehouse team concerning incoming stock, new products, and inventory updates.
- Monitor Quality Control (QC) reports for incoming goods and ensure quality issues are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate product information and timely inventory updates.

ERP & Product Listing Management:
- Ensure all incoming products are correctly entered into the ERP system based on warehouse data.
- Verify that every product is accurately listed on the Montivo website, including details, images, pricing, and inventory status.
- Oversee product barcoding, packing, and readiness to guarantee products are properly processed and available for sale.

Order Management & Dispatch Monitoring:
- Obtain and analyze daily order management reports.
- Track the number of orders processed, dispatched, and pending.
- Identify delays, investigate pending orders, and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Courier Management & Performance Audits:
- Monitor parcel delivery status to ensure successful delivery of dispatched orders.
- Conduct audits of courier performance, including delivery rates, return rates, delays, and unresolved shipments.
- Reconcile courier reports with internal records to confirm all returned parcels are accounted for in the warehouse.
- Identify courier-related losses or discrepancies and take corrective action.

Team Management & Operational Reporting:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse, order management, and courier teams.
- Ensure each department submits accurate and timely reports, establishing accountability.
- Analyze operational data to detect issues, improve efficiency, and minimize errors and losses.
- Prepare regular operational performance reports for management.
- Implement process improvements and handle additional operational responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent decision-making and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, product listings, and order management workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership, enforce accountability, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Proactive approach with the capability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

The ideal candidate will be someone who takes full ownership of operations rather than merely compiling reports. They should be comfortable interpreting data, identifying discrepancies, holding teams accountable, and making decisions independently to ensure smooth daily operations without constant supervision.

Compensation: Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month
Work Location: On-site at P&T Society, Korangi, Karachi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
