Salary: PKR 220,000 – 300,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager with a minimum of four years’ experience in BPO operations to join our team. Candidates with experience in US Healthcare BPO will be given preference. The role requires managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining high performance standards within a dynamic environment. This position is full-time and based onsite in Karachi, with night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily BPO operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted workflow.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of operations teams to achieve set targets.
- Track and analyze KPIs, productivity, quality metrics, and overall performance indicators.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective measures promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as client-specific requirements.
- Prepare, review, and present operational reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in BPO operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per business requirements.
